
Dolcetti makes a variety of premium Italian gelato and sorbets made from the finest natural ingredients. Our goal is to delight our customers through the provision of all natural, premium ice creams that are free from artificial colours and preservatives.
In Zimbabwe, Dolcetti can be enjoyed in Chisipite at The Hub on 14 Hindhead Avenue. Dolcetti has provided attraction at various outdoor events.
Dolcetti has curated recipes for over thirty flavours of gelato and sorbets which suit a broad range of customer needs.
We also cater for the minorities that are gluten and lactose intolerant.

Our gelato is made in small batches, each batch uniquely identifiable with the respect to ingredients and processing conditions. True to Italian tradition, we slow-cook our gelato, allowing it age, increasing the depth of flavour. After embellishing the inclusions by hand, we blast freeze the final product, minimising the size of ice crystal formation.
This enhances the texture, resulting in a smooth and velvety taste.We take our time researching and sourcing the finest ingredients locally and from around the world, ensuring that our final product is made from only the best ingredients available to us. We do not use artificial colour and flavours in any of our products. Our ingredients are traceable to source and use the freshest locally sourced fruits, where possible, enhancing the local agricultural economy.
